Site Manager/Foreman (Full-time)
 
Due to expansion a senior full-time position has arisen within our dedicated and acclaimed team. You will lead a team of 5-6 marquee riggers and oversee the installation of our marquees and tipis throughout the South West and further afield.  
 
The right person will possess the following:
-2 years experience in a management or supervisory role
-experience working outdoors in a physical role
-a positive attitude and willingness to work long hours
-good customer service skills
-full driving licence
 
The following is highly desirable but not essential:
-3 years experience within the marquee industry
-a trailer (B+E) licence or HGV Class 2 (C or C1) licence

Office Manager (Full-time)

 
This role is suited to someone with a strong personality who’d like to work in the events or wedding industry. We’re looking for someone to take responsibility for the smooth running of our small, dynamic office. The role will include:
 
-day to day running of the office including answering the telephone
-provision of administration support to the Director
-staff management
-some marketing duties
-liaising with Event Managers and Site Managers
 
This is an autonomous role and you’ll need to be comfortable being independent and making decisions. You will already have at least two years experience in an office role and possess the following:
 
-excellent attention to detail
-working knowledge of Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook
-telephone experience
-highly organised approach
-friendly and personable manner
 
The role is based at our office in Stalbridge although we’re open to the idea of a part work from home arrangement. Hours are negotiable and mothers/fathers are therefore welcome to apply
